The key ring was big and heavy. Not a small or light object. Depending on what you're used to carrying in your purse or bag, this may or may not be a good thing. I think it's good. It should not bend or break with normal daily use. I think this is not a cheap item that will break soon and should last a long time. I bought two as gifts and they loved them.
