I’ve been searching everywhere for a good supportive bra for high intensity workouts and running. I’m 5’3” , 160 pds and cup size 36DDD. I purchased a L plus and it’s a fantastic fit. Hooks in back so the width is adjustable too. Comfortable enough to wear around the house and supportive enough to work out. Win win
