In my opinion 5 stars means operates perfectly, everything is perfect, nothing wrong in anyway shape or form, and performs like that for a long time. So with that, onto the Pros and Cons, with a brief summary:Cons:Had a couple scratches in the chrome on the 1/2" ratchetThe 1/4" ratchet was a little sticky on my first initial spins, however cleared up upon 5-10 revolutions and hasn't had a problem sinceThe packaging is bullet proof and obnoxious to open (Not really a con, just annoying)The foam pad looks like it's been around for awhile, not perfectly cutPros:Amazing feel in your handFits all sockets I have very nicely and they don't come off when workingSockets are easy to remove when you want them to be removed3 degrees between clicks is PHENOMENALTop notch qualityLifetime WarrantyHas a nice little foam pad to store the wrenches withGets the job done, and keeps getting it doneThe 1/4" and 3/8" fit very nicely into tighter spaces and operate very well in themCan't beat this set for the priceVery strong!Now yes, these are not USA made, they are made in Taiwan, however they are AMAZING quality for an awesome price. I'm even going to go out on a limb and say these are better than any snap-on ratchet I've ever used, and that includes the Dual 80 ratchet that they have. It would be nice if these had a comfort grip option available, however they feel very nice in the hand either way. Being able to get much more clicks out of the wrench is great, especially in the tight spaces. The 60 tooth dual pawl design keeps the wrench very strong unlike high tooth gears that some manufacturers use. I plan on keeping these for my lifetime, and I plan on buying more Gearwrench products.You don't really know how amazing high tooth count ratchets are until you use them!
