To correct what is written below I have had this system for 2 years now and have not had any performance issues recently. There are a few issues mentioned below, but overall the system works well. Annie recently contacted me and sent me a free camera to rectify the situation, so at least they're willing to work with the buyers a bit. I will buy Anke again when the issues below are resolved. I have to change my rating from the first week I had it. After setting up all the cameras, it becomes clear that this system has some problems with the DVR. First about the good. The cameras seem to be of really good quality, are very nicely constructed and are easy to set up. The picture quality is really good and I'm not disappointed. However, NVR has a number of problems. I noticed that after setting up all the cameras and trying to switch to view mode to view old footage, I was only able to connect a maximum of 1-2 channels. The rest said "No resources". I played around with it for over an hour and couldn't change the settings. Second, all cameras are labeled as "Camera 1". No matter what I do or where I go in the menu settings, it either says features are unavailable or I don't have permission to change the name. I hope Annke reads this message and gets in touch with me to rectify the situation as soon as possible and I will change the rating and update my thoughts as soon as this happens. Many Thanks.
