Dry, don't delay color

After one use my hair turned into a dull, dry and tangled mess! It leaves no colour, so if you are looking for a shampoo/conditioner with a refreshing colour, this isn't it. It's even listed on the bottles. I had to use what I had used before and could trust - Redken Red. The only good thing was the smell, it was refreshing. But I send back. With very thick and curly hair, I can't let it dry and tangle!
