Works great, super comfortable

Update 2:Finally used the new version a half dozen times on a cross country motorcycle trip. It worked great! Even on uneven or sloped ground it was very sturdy. The new version also has reinforcement around the leg openings. I slept great while camping. I highly recommend it!Update:I am updating this review after communication with Marchway. They sent me a new cot with the wider clips for the leg brackets. I appreciate their communication and the fact they sent me the new version right away. I haven't had a chance to use it yet but the wider clips should provide much more stability on uneven ground. I'll update it again when I get a chance to use it camping.Original I have used this cot probably 10 times now. 50-60% of the time it has collapsed on me because the ground is not level. When it works it is really good. It just doesn't work reliably enough. When it does collapse, I have to set it up again, and CAREFULLY get myself onto the cot without it collapsing and then make sure I barely move so it doesn't fall over.I use it for motorcycle camping and if you camp, you know finding a perfectly level spot isn't that easy. I got it because I have back issues and the sleeping pad I had wasn't comfortable enough. The cot is much better on my back but I can't recommend it because too often it collapses on you when you use it.

Cons
  • Flimsy legs make it unstable to get in and out of bed
