I bought this because I wanted a really large backpack/computer bag and I liked some of the features advertised. But I'm very sorry I didn't try this backpack on a business trip before the return deadline. For a while I only used it for my daily commute to the office and it was fine as it wasn't heavily loaded. But I just found out that the rear compartment, which opens fully (the "travel-friendly" feature) when fully packed, tends to open on its own, causing my computer to fall on the floor while It's me walking around with a backpack on my back. I had to use a zip tie to hold the two zipper heads together to prevent this - quite a pain. In addition, the shoulder straps are very wide and stiff. This may be fine for someone with a very large chest, but I find it very uncomfortable - the straps painfully dig into the inside of my forearms.
