Based on our own experience, these silicone bands are perfect for runners! They are comfortable and don't cause any irritation or sweat buildup. They are also very durable and can withstand tough workouts AND sweat. The only con is that they may not fit all wrist sizes. Overall, we highly recommend these bands for any runner looking for a comfortable and durable option..
