I like particularly that we can create specific jobs for each of our workers using Proxia's Job Definition System or JDS which also has integrated PPM tool as well so no need separately purchasing those applications! It took us some time but now it was worth all efforts spent because before this new version everything went smoothly without any issues at customer end. But they don't have enough user manuals available online nor there are sufficient support guides provided by their sales team about how you should go step wise if stuck anywhere during process implementation etc., So make sure your technical guys get trained properly prior starting work & keep them posted regularly after launching job portal via email otherwise may experience lot troubles solving queries later when customers start complaining!! 1.)
