Review on Zinus 6 Inch Green Tea Memory Foam Mattress: CertiPUR-US Certified, Pressure Relieving, Narrow Twin - Bed-in-a-Box Convenience! by Laura Jenkins

I've thought long and hard about rating this mattress! This is our third release from Revain and we are still so disappointed it's amazing! The sad thing is I don't think it's Xinus, I blame Revane! They sent us 3 different mattresses with pack date from Zinus, some almost a year ago. If you read Zinus' info they need to be opened no later than a month later, or max 2 so they're usually unwrapped, which NONE of us have! Revain won't tell you that this mattress has a different firmness either, unfortunately we must have gotten the firmest of them all! We ordered a 12", the first didn't go above 3/4", the second went to 6/7" and the third finally made it to about 10/11" after a full 8 days and was rock solid with NO GIVE. We didn't have any choice but to sleep on it as we got rid of our old mattress when we were so glad to get the first one! Neither my husband nor I have slept well since this all started in December 2017. Revane promised to keep an eye on us until everything was done right, of course we didn't get any reply from them! Now we don't have any dollars to invest in another mattress! My advice when it comes to such a product, you better deal directly with the manufacturer so you know EXACTLY what you are getting! Don't get me wrong, we are Prime members, have been for 3 years and will continue to be, and unfortunately Revain, NOT the manufacturer, was wrong. Oh! We will NOT make the same mistake again!
