I bought this product on July 4, 2020. I am very good at many projects. Something had to be done on the valve. The thread on the water valve was terrible. Thread tolerances manufactured abroad do not match hookah threads purchased in the States. I've tried several times to make sure the valve block isn't leaking. Uninstall and reinstall three times. I finally got it to stop flowing. Even falling behind a closed tiled wall can cause mold and wood rot. Two things you don't need when installing a new shower enclosure! The work is now complete and I was pleased with the end result of the complete bathroom remodel. Wait! Yesterday I turned on the shower and the rain shower split at both ends of the shower head. This will splash water all over the ceiling, walls and floor of the bath. Let me tell you I wasn't happy at all. My next project is another walk in shower in the master bathroom. I will not buy this product again. This is the second time I will pay for a quality product made in America! Remember you get what you pay for. Another note: the manual cane holder was cheaply made when installed, the rails broke when tightened. I had to replace the hand hose holder, the shower head lever forgot to mention that it also bent during installation, and now the rain shower head! Buyer warning!
