The most useful thing is to know what you are doing wrong in terms of marketing or product strategy so as not waste time trying different things at random without knowing if they will work out well enoughtly - it takes some trial & error but once there I have found my best way forward! There isn't really anything specific i dislike about qrey itself other than maybe its pricing model could be more transparent (but this may also depend very much upon how many users / customers etc).
As previously stated though we were looking into ways where our current team can get better insights from their own datasets which has been achieved through having access via API keys instead of being able to view them directly within web interface like before.
