I appreciate that they have been around for so long because it is hard to find someone with experience in this space who has also had success selling solutions into large customers like we do at our clients (large US Government agencies).
The sales team knows what their stuff looks/feels /tastes likes! They can be somewhat difficult sometimes when you're trying new things or if your asking them questions about something not related directly back from an actual client engagement - but all people!! We've worked together since 2008 though different companies over time as well which helps build trust quickly between us both personally AND professionally- great asset management software vendor. Their product roadmap seems lacking however given how many other vendors offer similar products these days i feel there's room out here somewhere else too look maybe? Our organization uses AEM mostly internally within one agency only now starting.
