I bought these for knitting socks because I wanted to try something other than garter pins. Based on the rave reviews, I really expected my speed to increase and like it more than my trusty DPS. They are good, the cable is very flexible, does not twist; The tips are very nice, sharp and thin, which makes working with sock yarn easier. i really like it Now for the cons: connecting the needles to the cable really pulls and catches the yarn. I have to loop the needle every time I turn my work. That slows me down a lot. With my DPS I drive in circles without slowing down too much. But I have to work with it every step. Very annoying. Maybe I'm knitting tight or some other problem, I really don't know. But I'm a bit disappointed with these needles.
