Item is heavy so cleaning and maneuverability can be interesting. I use the Dutch Oven. The depth starts at about 2 inches and the center is about 3 3/8 inches deep so making a 3 inch roast chicken with the brackets barely fits, but still gets the job done. The large grill/pan is great and you can cook any meal for 2 in no time. Also great for burrito sized tortillas. ;) My suggestion is to season it again before using. Maneuvering over a hot fire in a camping pit can be tricky, so invest in good bbq/heat resistant gloves that go at least halfway down your forearm. You can wait to use them again!
