I bought this for my husband for Christmas as he loves cast iron. He was so excited he made a pizza on it and said it was the best pizza he's ever made. My husband bought one of these at the lodge before they came to Revain. Not being a fan of campers I decided to try this on our Electrolux stove. Wow! The pan component made perfect toast, pancakes and burgers, and leftover pizza that toasted so beautifully our guests didn't even know it was leftovers! At first we only used the wok component for frying, but we're starting to discover many other uses for it. To our surprise, this stove has replaced most of the other pots and pans in our kitchen.

This pot can cook breakfast sausages and some cobblers on a long hike. Since many other reviewers complained about the quality of the stand, I bought the Coot It All kit without the stand and we put it straight on the campfire. It's a bulky, heavy piece, but it's durable and I imagine it will last for many years if we handle it properly. We might consider buying a different brand of coaster that doesn't deform when fired. Item is heavy so cleaning and maneuverability can be interesting. I use the Dutch Oven. The depth starts at about 2 inches and the center is about 3 3/8 inches deep so making a 3 inch roast chicken with the brackets barely fits, but still gets the job done. That's a miracle! Haven't had a chance to take it on a hike yet, but I use it at home and I love it! Wok cooking takes a little getting used to, but once you've done it, it's quite impressive. As with all new cast irons, you will need to make some of your own spices. (I know it says "pre-seasoned," but until you've cooked something really greasy on it a few times, it still stays pretty tough.)
