I had to take it to AT&T to have it installed. This is a counterfeit copy of a genuine AT&T cover. Impossible to wear. But now it is doing its job which I have had for 4 months now. You just have to go to the AT&T store to wear it. As this is not genuine Cap / AT&T product, according to customer service, don't need to put it on as this is not genuine product, it is fake. Luckily they were slow. I slipped $5 to the gurl who she put on, it took 20 minutes but she finally put it on. Genuine AT&T lid snaps into place. Be careful with these fakes.
