Review on Reusable Microfiber Makeup Remover Pads by Lisa Stubbs

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Genre but effective

What struck me most about this product is that it handled my Kat VonD waterproof brow gel like it was nothing. I usually have to use a special makeup remover. I don't even have to rub much with these microfiber pads, which was a major issue I've had with other microfiber products I've tried. My skin will feel like I just put a mild abrasive on it, but these pads are super, super soft and they don't. I'm very happy that I don't have to spend money to buy makeup removers and I think it would be better for my skin not to use these products. turn it off and then use my cleanser and moisturizer as usual. I also like to use a cleanser just to make sure I have everything, and when you have a quality cleanser it has a lot of ingredients that do more than just cleanse your skin. A word of caution - if you use a microfiber pad and don't apply at least one moisturizer, your skin will become dry and then excess oil will be produced to compensate. A microfiber pad will remove all makeup and most of the oil from your skin (but not to the same extent as a really harsh soap), so I always recommend using at least one moisturizer afterwards.

Pros
  • Kind of embarrassing
