They were good value and show up in many areas but are adequate if you're not looking for something really high quality. For my purposes they hang above the front door and are high up so imperfections are not easily visible, but if they were hung on the wall at eye level they would likely be returned. Pros: The frames are well made, fully assembled during shipping, no cracks, damage, or design flaws, and they were well packaged. Allow a few minutes to unroll and remove all protective covers. Cons: There was a black stain on one of the frames (I hung it so it wasn't visible) and there were dark stains on two of the carpets, so if white and white spotless carpets are important, think about it, and one of the attached hangers on the back was crooked so there is no solution. They are very light, I just hung them with the frame itself over the two existing frame nails they replaced. I ended up breaking off easels easily that didn't look well made or very useful. At least one mat was too small or the frame too big, one or the other. Conclusion: Inexpensive, but not exceptional. Update: I was contacted after the sale and I have to say the customer service from this company was great. They offered to send a replacement or take whatever steps necessary to make me fully satisfied. I raised the rating by one star for that. I think if you order them and are not completely satisfied, this seller will try to make sure you are happy with your purchase of their products. Most sellers don't bother, so certain points are for them!
