Failed in 1 week. Didn't keep in touch and slipped out of the port. Anker told me to show the serial number. Couldn't find it anywhere. Did I miss something? Too much hassle with warranty service. Anker used to be a great company. It's obvious that they got lost somewhere in their development. Too bad. I have bought so many of their products from speakers to chargers and batteries. I will not buy from them again. Called Amazon and got a refund. too much of. I hope not.
