Works fairly well with cutting tools

Works quite well, no problems with the quality of the block or pipe cutter. I only used it for 3/8 and 1/2 tubes as we needed to mount the evaporator in a 5 ton unit. Just make sure the copper is soft and not hard, or anneal the area to be widened if it's hard copper. To temper, simply heat until red hot and allow to cool. This softens the copper, making it malleable and not cracking or breaking when expanded. Immediately after soldering the pipes, place a cold damp cloth on them to harden them again. sections. Unfold it about halfway, then rotate it a few degrees and you're done. You will see and it will be clear when you make a test pattern.

Pros
  • EASY TO USE: Our tube flaring tool's free-floating and self-centering mechanisms and long handles make for easy and effortless operation; The torch's dual rollers rotate it effortlessly to cut pipe efficiently, while deburring and beveling tools smooth the inside and outside of the pipe to ensure there are no burrs or sharp edges on the pipe.
