ProAid's Online Store Did Not Make an Impression On You

Although it was my first time shopping at ProAid's online store, I must say that I was underwhelmed by the experience. Their website appeared to be disorganized and difficult to navigate, despite the fact that they may specialize in office equipment, office and school supplies, desk accessories, and workspace organizers. I ended up wasting a lot of time just browsing because I couldn't find what I was looking for and it took me a while. The lengthy shipping period was a source of frustration for me once I had finally located all of the products I required and placed my order. When I tried to contact customer care about the problems, they were unhelpful and unresponsive, which made the situation even more frustrating. When the products arrived, several of them were broken or missing pieces. My overall experience with ProAid left a lot to be desired, and as a result, I won't be shopping at their online store any time soon if at all possible.
