Hi, friends - I just came in from a walk on a really hot day - it's 84 degrees out there - and this shirt is cool and comfortable. It is not clinging so that I have to peel a damp shirt away from a sweaty body. I am 5'6" and around 160, and in the photo I am wearing a size L. If you like your shirts to fit you more snugly, maybe order down a size, but I love the loose, easy, cool fit. The fabric is lightweight and super soft. This will be my new favorite walking shirt!
