Great value, great traction.

Can’t beat this traction for the price. Was recommended these by some hiking friends and tried them out this weekend on a steep and snowy trail. I felt secure the whole time. Wore them for probably 4-5 miles going up and down steep slopes traversing between two mountains and these made a huge difference. I don’t think I could have completed the trail without these. FYI don’t throw out the Velcro strap that comes with it! It helps keep the spikes secured on your feet.

Pros

Brought these to the wind river range and they worked great to cross some crusty snowfields.

Cons

These shoes may not provide sufficient grip when walking on wet surfaces, which can create safety hazards for the wearer
