This model has very easy-to-use and practical control functions. 90% of the time we press a button to start the microwave. We particularly like the fact that the surface doesn't leave fingerprints like our previous stainless steel microwave. The device is powerful enough to be fast enough, yet compact and big enough inside for whatever we might want to use it for. The only downside right now is that the custom thaw cycles are too aggressive and actually start cooking the beef and chicken after about half the recommended time - not great. If I enter about 50% of the item's actual weight, the recommended time is correct. Very good price $110.
