Great thermometer - seems accurate and accurate. It snaps easily into the rim of my saucepan and tilts the tip toward the center. I had a bit of fog in the dial when I covered the pot and thermometer with foil, but it dried quickly and was never unreadable. It was much easier to use than the meat thermometers I'd used before and gave more consistent readings. I got much better extraction during mashing in this batch than previous batches and I attribute this to being able to get the temperatures just right.
