Why one star less? Zip lock function. We only bought them because we didn't want to put open packages in another container. On paper it seemed practical. But this feature makes sealing packages difficult. There is less room for error, and if you make a mistake and have to open the package, you have to seal it under the zip, making resealing useless. They work great, but you have to be more careful and precise when sealing, which means more time. If you're making 120 gallons at a time, that extra time comes at a price. Then there is the standing function. It seemed so right, but here too there are some caveats. We are moving from canned to bagged storage to make better use of space. The stand-up pouch beats that. They take up less depth but are wider and longer. You will achieve the best space savings if you fold them flat. Then they put the banks more than twice in the shade. But when they are lying down, the standing function is not needed. The bags are great. The whole set: bags, oxygen absorbers, labels - wonderful packaging. Top quality bags. The value for money is the best you will find. And those two extra features are there, but they come with some trade-offs. I will buy more bags; many more pockets. I will get the ones that don't have these features in the future for the reasons mentioned.
