I like the look of this watch. Hence the five star rating. However, I found it very difficult to sync it with the Timex Connect app via Bluetooth. I tried 20-30 times to connect but every time I got this message"Error: There was an error connecting to the watch. Make sure the watch is in sync mode. Would you like it try again?" I was Finally, I called Timex Customer Service at 800.448.4639 and was given the following instructions: I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble syncing your Timex Metropolitan+ to your phone. Please reset the watch by pressing and holding the crown and PB2 pusher (button A) simultaneously until the center hand makes a full revolution. Then uninstall the app, turn off Wi-Fi on your phone, turn off Bluetooth on your phone, then turn off your phone. Turn on your phone, use your carrier details (T-Mobile, ATT, Verizon, etc.) and download the app. Turn on Bluetooth on your phone, open the Timex Connected app and select Metropolitan + hold button A on the watch and set the watch to Bluetooth. Follow the pairing wizard in the app and sync your phone and watch. Have a nice day. Everything cleaned up and the watch connected immediately via Bluetooth. Hope this information helps.
