I almost bought it because of the negative reviews about the clock setting. Pssshhhhhh, that was a breeze to install. Guys, how often do we actually READ instructions. EXACTLY until something goes wrong? So here's my advice: make sure the instructions are in the right order, they're on two little sheets. READ, actually read the instructions completely. So far it has taken less than two minutes. You need to set the day and date, and then run all three hands to point directly at the noon position. Then set the time zone again, this is described in detail in the instructions. Here's the really tricky part - you have to let the clock do its initial setup and LEAVE IT ALONE until it syncs with Colorado's atomic clock. I learned this part the hard way when I set mine (correctly) to -5 GMT which is New York time. And the clock turned itself on a full hour early. I tried again, Chicago time -6 GMT, and now it was two hours early. After re-reading and thinking about the problem, I realized that I just need to set the correct time zone. And let the clock receive the time signal in the middle of the night, it will be corrected in the morning. These are very good watches. Good quality strap, the watch is simple and easy to read. There are elements on the dial that look like fake jewelry - they're not fake, but they tell you if the watch has been synced to the atomic clock by pressing the top button and after waiting 5 seconds it will tell you how much charge the battery has. The ONLY yell I have is that the warranty is only 6 months. The watch looks well put together so I don't expect to have to call on the warranty but would like to add this information. One more thing, there is a QR code in 5 languages to download additional instructions and the instructions are also given on their website which has additional how-to videos on how to set it up. The best advice I can give you is: ***** BE PATIENT***** during the voting process due to the time signal.
