Great swing but throw the straps up.
Great swing, but don't try it with straps on a wooden beam. They move and create a very turbulent, bumpy feel when rocking and slow everything down. (I even sanded the edges.) My kids didn't swing. I replaced them with swirls and it's much better. Maybe straps work better on a round branch or steel pipe, but not on a wooden beam.
