Our whole family of 6 from ages 7 yo 52 uses this to better stability and increase core stability. What a great tool to help us all stay fit. I'd definitely recommend to friend and family. Lots of video's on Youtube on how to use this tool. Greatly, helped, with my knee injury stability.
