We were expecting much warmer weather for my daughter's first performance. It performed well at a 20 degree spread during a 7 hour WIND AND RAIN show at 60°-80°. I bought several different jackets as it is between sizes. She normally wears a size 8 and this size 8 fits like made to order. She is approximately 55 pounds 55 inches tall with a medium to muscular build. She wasn't very warm, but when the fog started to rain so heavily, she stayed dry. still comfortable. It was more than I was willing to pay for a jacket that she would only wear once, but overall I'm glad it was so comfortable. She felt confident and made 3 of the best rides of her life. Other brands we bought were nice classics but too bulky for them.
