I have used Lavilin for many years. Each of us has our own individual reactions of sweating to the environment. In terms of health, we now know the dangers of using anything that contains aluminum and/or aluminum compounds. I find that all natural, totally safe Lavilin works well to prevent excessive sweating or as a deodorant to keep clean. I prefer to use it to protect my clothes and more importantly to protect my health from the dangers of ingredients found in both antiperspirants and deodorants that are mass marketed and even marketed as "natural". I use it in the evening after a bath or shower and don't put anything on my armpits the next morning, even if I and my armpits shower. Follow the instructions and use it according to your individual needs. I live in the tropics, I sweat and even after a workout at the gym I find this to be the only essential product. I'm very sensitive to those showing BO, I'm very shy as a woman which can really break a sweat. I tried the generic equivalents but reverted to the original. I recommend it for all sweat prone areas.
