First, the instructions are not that clear. Everything you need to do to install the lamp is there, you just have to look at the pictures very carefully. I probably spent half my install time puzzling over this, but the actual install was very easy and relatively quick. The color temperatures seem a bit warm for their amount. I found 3000K too warm, more like 2700K. 4000K is very comfortable, only slightly warmer than real daylight. It is very nice that it is very convenient to change the color temperature after installation! The brightness seems right for 1500 lumens. I wish it was brighter but it is as bright as they say. The light is a bit harsh and that's the only reason I deducted a star. Overall I think this is probably best for hallways and small spaces. I think it looks very modern, almost futuristic. It's thin and stylish and doesn't stand out.
