Great if you can get a cat in it!
I used this to keep my cat in one place while I trim her claws. Well, fur flew, blood flowed (my blood, her fur) and I couldn't put it inside her. I tried to wrap her in a towel while her teeth bit into my arm. Then I put a towel over my hand and pressed it to the floor. Is there a secret to getting them in the bag? I don't know how to rate this other than that it's a good idea.
