This product is a quality kit to help freshen your breath as you head into spring. The mouthwash and tablets are excellent and will do the trick if all you need is BLIS K12. Just a word for the wise, while this is a good product some of us also need the BLIS M18 to really get to the source. . I have recurrent tonsillitis in the throat (vs. tonsillitis in the back of the mouth) and BLIS M18 is the best cure for it. Although BLIS K12 is advertised as a throat health product, in my humble experience BLIS M18 is the best product for the ears, nose and throat.
