I like that it allows me to track all applications I receive. This is helpful for me to know what I need to respond to and when to do so. I also like that it allows me to create different types of profiles and filter them based on the type of position I am looking for. I dislike that it is very difficult to customize the application process. I have to click on a button and then I have to click on another button to get to the next step. It is very time consuming. I also dislike that it is very expensive. I have had to pay for this to use it in the past because it is a subscription. We have used it to find applicants for our team. I have found many great applicants this way. It has helped us save a lot of time and money.
