These adorable little bunk beds come disassembled like IKEA furniture, but to be honest that's all they have in common. Unlike IKEA, it comes with wonderful, detailed, illustrated instructions that show you how to assemble it and explain how to do it successfully in real words. As a result, I assembled it in less than 15 minutes. Once assembled, these doll beds are absolutely adorable. Simple, cute, perfect for young children's imaginative play! My only minor complaints. I wish it came with little white plugs to cover the screws and I wish the pillows didn't have that giant Melissa & Doug tag. Otherwise they are of very high quality and definitely make a great gift! The finished product with the beds folded is 21 inches long, 9 inches wide and 18 inches high. It comfortably fits any doll up to approximately 18 inches in height and 7.5 inches in width.
