Not compatible with the cameras listed in the description!

I needed a new USB port for the Cannon Vixia HFG10. The product description says it works, but the very long work to get it working with Win10 is just crazy. Want to import a video so you can drag it to Facebook? Get ready for 20 minutes of work. It's not the seller's fault, hence the 4 stars. Both Canon and Microsoft need to update their end.
