Almost identical to the original. The lights went out in the caravan and it was a closet of size and style. They were about 1/4 inch wider than the screw holes and had a collar coming out. The old ones were flat so I had to drill a hole for the collar and 1 new hole for the attachment. Otherwise they were easy. Match the colors of the wires and you're done. The entire panel dims when turned on and then lights up with a bright blink, nothing special but they work. I thought they would be brighter when driven but they are decent. I don't know anything about elemental resistance yet, but I live in Washington state, so they'll get good tests.
