Likes: The sound quality is surprisingly good for a small radio. Comparable to Bose. The mechanical charge on the handle is efficient and appears durable enough to withstand prolonged use. The style is appealing, though seriously, I'm not sure how important that would be. The ability to play music from a flash drive and/or TF card is a plus. Dislikes: Actual tuning of AM and FM stations requires some precision. Reminds me of old transistor radios from the late 50's. Without the ability to connect an external antenna, I was unable to receive weather band stations. The instruction manual could be improved. All in all, I think this would be a good gift candidate for someone who is just starting out in radio or who wants to receive radio broadcasts when the power is out and batteries aren't available. Also suitable for charging a mobile phone with a hand dynamo.
