This model cannot use a memory card AT ALL because the operating system has changed. I spoke to Samsung this morning. and they admit it, but all their materials AND Revane's description continue to encourage the use of "up to 512mg" of external memory. Absolutely nothing can be transferred to an external card. Only the internal memory can be used. Why sell a product with a memory slot if it doesn't work? When asked, they said that they would not switch the operating system to the previous one in order to be able to use external storage again. And the internal storage is so clogged with junk programs that are IMPOSSIBLE to erase that there is very little left for what you MUST put on it. It is absolutely incredible to me that a big name company like Samsung could get away with this and let Revain continue to sell their dishonestly presented product. Don't believe the glamorous claims. Run, don't go, away.
