I wanted a small and waterproof case for my dog's collar. It's advertised as small, waterproof, and perfect for dog collars. It's not one of them. It's not waterproof. It only holds the edges of the security tag, both sides are fully open. Not small either. You could cut out a huge amount of material where the cover attaches to things. You could also narrow it down so it's not as thick at that point. You could also move the hole closer to the edge. There are many things they could have done to make it smaller, but they didn't. It's like an ill-conceived case that was solved as quickly as possible. If you look at the photos, you can see that it is quite large. I was okay with that because I thought it was waterproof, which it isn't. And so I broke the ring on my dog's collar and I need to replace it while trying to put this thing on him. You could probably use a caribean with it, but I wouldn't want to as it just adds more bulk and looks like a cheap metal pan shield.
