I purchased this for my niece in late December. Comes mid January and I receive a phone call that she cannot use the tablet because her computer(Apple Air) is saying it's not connected. She tried it on her pc (HP) and it doesn't work on their either. Went through the elaborate steps on the platform website to troubleshoot the problem and it did not work.I connected with Best Buy which led me to Huion. I sent an email since they have odd calling times available to chat with a live personnel. They were quick with their responses nonetheless, but it was not helpful. They simply said the usb cord and adapter they sent was only meant to be used with the phone. I purchased several other cords and none of them work. I eventually purchased a T-Mobile Go-To USB-to-C and using the adapter for it to work.
