I've been wearing this brace for a few days recently and have found it useful. I overdid it shoveling snow, you should have bent your knee not your back while shoveling so my back was fine after that but I did something to my knee when I bent all the way down to get something up later to see my car. Anyway I wore this bandage for a few days and it really helped and whatever the problem was it went away. I bought it a while ago but have never worn it until now. I have a big. I measured myself as stated but will try next time on Wednesday. I had a feeling it could be tighter, although I know you don't want it too tight either. When I put it on there are horizontal waves on the back of the material so I figured I might go down a size. I'm just over 6ft tall but not really a big guy. The sleeve stayed on the leg for the most part, but I pulled it up every now and then. Material and quality are very good. I would buy it again, just maybe a size smaller.
