Not cost effective.
This shower head is initially good. After less than a month of use, the thing started stinging your back and everything you sprayed. Disassembled it and all the black stones on the top were crushed upwards and the brown ones on the bottom were crushed upwards making the pressure very strong. They recommend changing the stones every six weeks, but they lasted four. You will buy six dollar bricks every month to use this. I emptied the upper ones completely and used them as is. Wouldn't recommend it.
