The phone was well packaged but had some issues setting it up. 1) The handset is missing a hook and will fall off the base when the base is installed vertically on the wall. 2) The end button on the base did not work or was not recognized when the handset was placed on the base. The phone kept the line open. At this point, hands-free mode was disabled. 3) The phone continued to emit pulse tones which could be heard on the handset even when no keys were pressed. The phone switch went into beep mode, but the pulsing continued without user intervention. 4) Unable to make or receive calls from the phone. Sent back for a refund.
