Ordered this cool looking faucet but don't be fooled by the design. Water flow issue started after 4 to 5 months. Flow decreased by 80%. Seller provided minimum help which was watching a YouTube video on cleaning the faucet filter. I took it apart. That tiny filter was hard to remove but I was able to find it to be clean nothing that can reduce the flow. Contacted seller again and they replaced the faucet. Same issue use occurred after a few months. Got it replaced for the 3 rd time. With no luck. Flow reduced over period of months. Now I don't even feel like contacting the seller. Problem with their design is the front filter screen that cannot be removed. I soaked old faucet into vinegar for 24 hours. That didn't help either. Now I'm in market looking to replace this faucet. Strictly avoid this product!
