My mother has an old house that needs to be remodeled, sooo old that the windows are the ones that open up not sideways, and they don’t stay up without putting something to hold it. Anyway, being an old house means insulation and everything is old so it gets extremely cold during winter and hot in summer. Putting this tape around the windows was not only easy but I can feel the rooms less cold. On windy days the curtains would move and now I see they don’t. It Sticks well but it’s also easy to remove.
