The suction cup is not attached to the dashboard. Everything else is great.

I had to return this magnet holder because the suction cup didn't stick to the dashboard even with glue. The weight of my iPhone X would lift the suction cup off the dashboard. Pros: The magnet is very strong and holds the phone firmly. I also liked the flexibility of the hand and the way it didn't obscure the view. The support team also responded to my question very quickly. I wanted this product to please me, but it just didn't work for me.
